RETURN POLICY
Your personal wellbeing is important to us and we do our best to maintain high standards of hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of menstrual / personal hygiene products, our sanitary pads are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different / wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at info@nivva.in with the details. Such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept product-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective) only up to 2 days from the date of delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, you can cancel your order within 1 day of placing your order provide that product is not dispatched.
